The mattress is also easy to wash since everything is removable. The bed is stylish and fits well into the interior. Wood is a natural material, which is important. Wide, comfortable to sleep even for an adult. If the child is sick, you can lie down next to him, there is enough space. Safe, because not high from the floor. If the child falls, there will be no injury. In addition, there are sides, but they are made around the edges. On the one hand, they protect you from falling, on the other hand, they allow you to fully sit on the bed from the side. My children have been sleeping on their beds for the 5th year now, I couldn’t be happier. I won’t change anything until they become adults. No matter how many different cribs I have seen from others, this one is the most interesting in design.

We bought an Ikea mattress for it, consisting of three parts, we are using two now, and the third is waiting in the wings, but for now it is used as a pillow under the back. The crib has a very clear transformation mechanism, and since the start of use, our crib has grown by 30 cm. And it is spacious in itself.

The crib is good for everyone, there are no questions, the only thing is that in the most visible place the wood is constantly scratched and the paint is peeling off (((This is where the child climbs onto the bed. We’ve already touched up the paint once, and we’ll do it again in the summer. Apparently, solid pine in Lexvik is well very soft. It is clear that they knock on it with toys, climb on the sides in their sandals (boys are such boys), but the scratches spoil the look. Although for such a price for naturalness, this is a trifle. We are planning to buy exactly the same crib for our youngest son in six months, because that he really likes his brother’s bed))

What attracted me was that the bed changes size, and this is oh so important when living in a Khrushchev-era building. I was also attracted by the small protrusions on the sides. If the child sleeps peacefully, then this is enough to prevent the child from falling out of bed. Beautiful, suitable for both children and teenagers. Which means it's long-lasting. And of course natural materials.

We bought a bed, the main thing is not to forget about the slatted bottom... Of course, we had to suffer, but still we squeezed it into the Daewoo Matiz car)))) So, feel free to take it from someone who has a bigger car - you will get it. They took the mattress another time, there was no more room.

On the very first night, it turned out that the son climbed out of bed on his own, and he couldn’t fall asleep. And in order to detain him, I lay down next to him. There was enough space for us, although my legs hung outside the bed. So we can safely say that the bed will withstand anything weighing 70 kg. Recently the bed was extended to the second position. The sleeping area has become 165 cm. I can lie down calmly (it’s a little short, but for a while it’s quite comfortable). The width is enough for the two of us with our son. And today my daughter came third))) But it’s still a single bed.

The downside is the leg in the middle. How many times have I stammered for her? And I'm not the only one. Everything takes turns. Over time, we got used to it and worked out the approach methods))) But sometimes we hit each other again.

This bed is made of wood, of course. But the tree is pine. And this is a soft wood. Just a few days later, dents appeared, the child tapped the back with a hammer. But it could be my son who is so active. But this did not affect the functionality.

And I still can’t figure out how to make this bed so that it looks beautiful. Because of the sides, it’s impossible to tuck the blanket evenly, and it doesn’t look neat. And without a blanket it’s not normal.

We assembled each crib in no more than 20 minutes - clear instructions, all the correct bolts and nuts, carefully processed edges. What she bought me with was solid wood, pine. Then I looked at the receipt with the specifications of the product and was surprised that it was made in Russia. Apparently, ours still work under the control of the Swedes and Dutch. The bed smelled, but the slatted bottom simply smelled!!! Real wood, unique aroma. So, we set up these cribs, put in slatted bottoms, mattresses, made up - well, it’s just yummy. Well done, although in principle I don’t think this measure is very necessary. In any case, my children have never shown any interest in filling mattresses. Consists of three parts - one large mattress 135 by 85 plus two pillows approximately 30 by 85, which are added as the bed lengthens. In general, a solid five stars for cribs from Ikea.
