It is better to choose a plastic table in the middle price range. With active use, the stand will last long enough to decide on your preferences, and if you are going to cook only for loved ones, then there is simply no point in an expensive professional table.
For regular work for clients and continuous production of cakes, I recommend using exclusively metal models. They are the most reliable, do not absorb odors, do not cut through and are easy to clean. The tool will quickly pay for its high cost due to its convenience.
I will not name individual brands, simply because there are many of them, and only those that I know nothing about may be available in different regions and countries. Focus on your own experience and reviews.
If possible, I advise you not to buy tables online. You simply cannot double-check their operation before purchasing. And this is the most important point. It’s better to come to the store in person and conduct at least minimal tests so as not to throw money away.
