Operating procedure:

Cut strips 3-4 cm wide.

Patchwork technique

Using the patchwork technique you can create a lot of original things. Because denim is durable, it makes a sturdy entryway rug. Another advantage is that it can be washed in a washing machine.

The patchwork technique is simple, but at the same time it allows you to create a large number of original things from fabric of different colors.

You will get an original accessory if you sew not squares, but hexagons with a side of 9-10 centimeters. First, make a template from thick cardboard, then cut as many hexagons as you need for the rug you have in mind.

Sew the hexagons together. Steam from the wrong side. Sew to the base, laying thin padding polyester.
